The shop is in Pacifica, on the coast just south of the city line, and every place on the list below is somewhere our crews can point to finished work.
San Francisco is the primary market and always has been. In the city that has meant Pacific Heights, Nob Hill, Rincon Hill, the Castro and the Mission: pre-war homes, high-rise stacks, and the galvanized and cast iron behind both.
South of the county line, the crews work in Daly City, San Mateo, Menlo Park and Atherton. Across the water and over the bridge, Belvedere, Berkeley and Piedmont are on the list because our projects are there: a multi-unit building, a rough-in and a whole-home remodel.
Working close to the shop helps a crew arrive on time, and keeps the same crew coming back to the same home. Clients have kept the same crew for a decade. If your address is not on the list, call the shop and ask. We take work across the greater Bay Area when the project is right for us, and we will tell you either way.
